Refund policy

You have 30 days to return your unused jewellery for a full refund. Alternatively, you can sell your item back to us at any time for its current market value. To keep track of your jewellery's value, you can view the latest prices in your personal portfolio on our website.

To create a return, please go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Create a return’. You will then be connected to a member of our 7879 concierge service team who will start your refund process. Please note, delivery costs paid towards the original order will not be refunded. The good news is that you can sell back your item to us at any point after the returns window has closed for the metal value of that time minus our small fee. Your purchase must be unused and in the same new condition as when you received it. Items showing damage or use will not be refunded - however, you can sell them back to us in any condition.
