To create a return, please go to My Account and click 'Create a return' in the Orders tab. You will be provided with a free returns label and simple instructions.

Please note, all items can be sold back to 7879, at any time, in any condition, for the current price of metal. You can track the value of your jewellery using your personal portfolio which can be found in 'My Account'. Remember, as the price of Gold and Platinum increases, so will the value of your jewellery.
